“Don’t say your world stopped [following a cancer diagnosis], you can make the choice today to turn it around so that your world will only just begin. It is a good experience to learn how to overcome a cancer diagnosis and to be in charge of your body rather than a victim. Laugh often - it is good medicine.”Allan, terminal colon cancer victor

"It is amazing how quickly the tumor, for instance with colon cancer, is being eliminated. Even in these cases health can be restored, usually within a few months, I would say in 90% of cases." ...

This post gives hope and inspiration to the many people struggling to manage their cancer diagnosis in a holistic and natural way. The body—an organic being—can respond so well to a natural, alternative approach.

You touched on probiotics as a measure to inhibit the growth of colon cancer. Some research has shown that a regular probiotics supplement taken in conjunction with a balanced diet can help reduce the possibility of a colon (and other) cancer diagnosis. It can sometimes be difficult to get enough probiotics in foods—experts now recommend upwards of 5 billion live cells per serving—and a quality supplement can be a great way to support digestive and immune health.
